U.S. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Free Shipping: Available on all U.S. orders over $75
Available Shipping/Pickup Options:
- Standard: 3–5 business days
- Pickup: 1-2 business days
International Shipping: Available on all International Orders for $18
Free International Shipping: Available on all International orders over $150
Additional Notes:
- Orders placed with Standard shipping typically require 2–3 business days for processing.
- If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, Transit times may vary.
- Freight forwarding addresses are not eligible for delivery.
Pickup Rules
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for us to process and prepare your Bounded Hearts T-shirt for pickup. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready.
Pickups can be made at Fabian Perez Gallery, located at: 6715 Melrose Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90038
Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID when you arrive. Pickup is available during gallery hours.
All pickup orders must be collected within 7 days of receiving your “Ready for Pickup” notification. Unclaimed orders after this period may be canceled or restocked.
If you need extra time or would like someone else to pick up your order, please contact us in advance so we can make arrangements. Our email is support@boundedhearts.com
Shipment Tracking
- You’ll receive a Shipment Notification Email with tracking information once your order ships.
- If your order ships in multiple packages, you will receive separate emails for each.
- If tracking shows no movement or activity for 5 or more business days, contact Customer Service.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Carriers may mark a package as “Delivered” before it physically arrives. In most cases, it arrives within 4 business days.
- If you still haven’t received your package after 4 business days and have checked around your delivery location, contact Customer Service for help.
- Bounded Hearts is not liable for packages marked as delivered. If you suspect misdelivery, file a claim with the carrier.
- Bounded Hearts does not offer reshipments or exchanges. If needed, place a new order once a return or refund is processed.
Changing Address Information on an Order
- Orders begin processing immediately and cannot typically be changed or canceled once submitted.
- After shipment, if address changes are needed, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.

- DHL (International): DHL On Demand Delivery
