Additional Notes:

Orders placed with Standard shipping typically require 2–3 business days for processing.
If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, you must select Economy. Transit times may vary.
Freight forwarding addresses are not eligible for delivery.

You’ll receive a Shipment Notification Email with tracking information once your order ships.
If your order ships in multiple packages, you will receive separate emails for each.
If tracking shows no movement or activity for 5 or more business days, contact Customer Service.

Carriers may mark a package as “Delivered” before it physically arrives. In most cases, it arrives within 4 business days.
If you still haven’t received your package after 4 business days and have checked around your delivery location, contact Customer Service for help.
Bounded Hearts is not liable for packages marked as delivered. If you suspect misdelivery, file a claim with the carrier.
Bounded Hearts does not offer reshipments or exchanges. If needed, place a new order once a return or refund is processed.

Orders begin processing immediately and cannot typically be changed or canceled once submitted.
After shipment, if address changes are needed, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.
